Sip, Dine, and Design Class: Come and have some fun! Learn to relax and paint on canvas. You can do it! A glass of wine, all of your supplies, canvas, paints, paint brushes, and apron are included. Sherri and Terry will be on hand to guide and assist you with your art instruction. 2 to 3 hours in duration. $45

Foot Detox: Each foot bath will help the body with cellular cleansing. Toxins will be released from different areas of the body to include the lymph system, liver, skin, joints, and more. Results are cumalitve and may or may not be experienced immediately. 30 minutes $40

Far Infared Bio Mat: Added benefit of jade and tourmaline for additional phyical and energetic healing. Far infared Rays relieve pain and stress by expanding blood vessels and increasing circulation. Better circulation allows more oxygen to reach injured areas of the body, thus reducing inflammation and pain, speeding up the healing process. 30 minutes $45

Energetic Healing: Based on the Eastern belief that vital energy flows through our body. Gentle touch or hands placed just above the body helps to move stagnant energy from the body and promotes a “lighter” feeling immediately and helps to restore balance and healing to the body. Sherri combines Reiki Energy and Shamballa energy and works for the highest and best outcome for each soul she works with. You will receive an Angel message and the used of Sacred Geometry to support the information Sherri receives.

45 minutes to 1 hour $75. 30 minutes session, $45

Come have a relaxed meal at our dinner table. Chef Terry lovingly prepares meals with all fresh ingredients.
